Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases. Therefore, we accept returns for items that are non-sale, non-damaged, and unused for full refund to your credit card, excluding any shipping charges. The merchandise must be in its original condition. We apologize, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Seguin Gardens & Gifts directly, and we will give further instructions regarding the return and replacement of said merchandise. Because we are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during the return shipping process, we recommend insuring all returns.
Because we can only refund the credit card used to make the original purchase, customers returning items received as gifts will be issued a seguingifts.com certificate for the merchandise total.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase. Returns postmarked after this time will not be honored. All sale items are final sale.
