Though we do our best to ensure that our website is up-to-date, we do occasionally sell out of certain products. We will notify you via email if an item you have ordered is out of stock or on back order. Your credit card will only be charged for items that are shipped to you.

We are available to assist you during Seguin Gardens & Gifts regular store hours. If you would like to leave a message or send an email during our off hours, please leave a detailed message regarding your concern or question as well as a telephone number or email address at which you can be contacted.

ordering by phone
Our friendly sales associates can help you find the perfect accessories over the phone at 708.222.2772. In addition, we carry some items in our store that are not featured online, so we may be able to suggest alternatives to items on our website.

online transactions
All online transactions at seguingifts.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form. The encrypted information is sent directly to Mercury Payments for authorization. This information cannot be read by unauthorized parties over the Internet.

returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases. Therefore, we accept returns for items that are non-sale, non-damaged, and unused for full refund to your credit card, excluding any shipping charges. The merchandise must be in its original condition. We apologize, but shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Seguin Gardens & Gifts directly, and we will give further instructions regarding the return and replacement of said merchandise. Because we are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during the return shipping process, we recommend insuring all returns.

Because we can only refund the credit card used to make the original purchase, customers returning items received as gifts will be issued a seguingifts.com certificate for the merchandise total.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase. Returns postmarked after this time will not be honored. All sale items are final sale.

ordering & payment
seguingifts.com accepts payments via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Processing of orders placed on weekdays before 1 pm CST will be shipped on the same day, after credit card verification. Any orders placed after 1 pm CST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

gifts & gift wrapping
All items purchased can be wrapped in our stylish gift paper. Check the “Gift Wrap” option in the checkout page. If purchasing multiple items, please indicate in the “Included Message” area or in the “Comments” area which items are to be wrapped and which gift message corresponds with the various items purchased. If the “gift wrap” option has been selected and no further instructions are given, all items purchased will be wrapped.

sales tax
Sales tax of 10% will be charged for orders shipped within Illinois.

shipping and handling
We ship using UPS Ground Service. Options for delivery are as follows:
    • UPS Ground (5-7 business days)
    • 2nd Day

Delivery prices are variable according to shipping address and total weight of items being shipped. Delivery charges can be figured before being charged for your items by going through the “checkout” process on the “shopping cart” page. After entering your shipping information, a total will be figured. At this point, you can still click on the “cancel” button to stop the sale. Options are for delivery in the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. For delivery outside of the United States, please contact Seguin Gardens & Gifts directly via email or telephone for shipping costs.

It is possible to have items purchased sent to multiple shipping addresses, but the full shipping charge will be applied to each new address. For fastest service, please make separate transactions for each different address. Otherwise, please contact Seguin Gardens & Gifts directly by phone or email if you would like items being sent to more than one address charged on one sale.
